Dear Parents/Guardians:

I hope that you and your family have been keeping well during our school closure.  In order to allow for students and families to retrieve any personal belongings that may have been left in the school, and to return any school or school board property you no longer require, the school closure order issued by the Minister of Education on May 15, 2020, permits temporary access to school premises for this purpose.  

Parents will have an opportunity to retrieve any personal belongings that may have been left in schools, and to return any school or school board property you no longer require on Friday, June 5, 2020 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.  

Available time slots, which will be ten minutes in duration, will be available on a first come, first serve basis.  You can book a time slot for each child beginning on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 7:00 am.  The last day to book a time slot is Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 3:00 pm.  Book your time slot at https://anne.parentconferences.net/. You will find the scheduling system very easy to use and it will take only a few minutes to set-up your account if you do not have one.

Please take note of the following:

• A maximum of a student and a parent/guardians can enter the school at the time of your appointment.  Exceptions will be made where there is more than one sibling;
• When arriving to the school, please stand by the pylons to ensure that you keep six feet away from others;
• A table will be available in the school lobby to place returned items;
• All students and parents/guardians entering must sanitize their hands upon entry and exit. 
• Before entering the building, students and parents/guardians must verbally attest that they have:
  • ​completed the Ministry of Health on-line assessment and are symptom free
  • not travelled in the last 14 days or have been in contact with someone who has travelled in the past 14 days
  • not been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or is suspected to have COVID-19, or who has respiratory symptoms.

Also, take note of the following:

• Please bring your own pen and a bag to place personal items;
• Students and parents/guardians will enter through the main entrance and exit through a separate designated set of doors to limit contact between families;
• The use of drinking fountains and washrooms are not permitted;
• Upon exiting, parents/guardians are to sign off that they have retrieved all personal items.
